It is the milk powder mixed with “MELAMINE”

What is Melamine use for?
It is an industrial chemical use in the production of melawares.

It is also used in home decoration.
“US resistant board”

Do you understand? Melamine is use in industrial production, it cannot be eaten!
2. Why is Melamine added in milk powder?
The most important nutrient in milk is protein. Melamine has the same protein that contains “Nitrogen”

Finally, it was Chuan’s turn to become 23 years old.
Heng Ngee was cool enough to give him a surprise party one week after his birthday. Awww.. how sweet. If Heng Ngee is a girl, I’ll definitely chase after him. Too bad he belongs to Eric.
The photo above is my favourite group shot so far this year, what do you think?

The surprise dinner was held at Jongga, a Korean BBQ restaurant. All you can eat for $26.60. I had amount of food that equivalent to meal for family that would last for one month. I still can feel the octopus dancing in my stomach as I was writing this entry.

The dinner was great. Everyone talk talk talk talk. We were the last one to leave the restaurant.

Chuan said he didn’t expect this much. Glad he enjoyed his night. After the dinner, some friends came over and had a few drinks and shisha. It was a great weekend
Chuan, I buy you a car as your birthday present k? muaks.

Today, ahbing teach you how to cook Marsala Chicken.
Marsala is a dark sweet dessert wine made in Sicily. Contains 13% alcohol if not mistaken. But when you cook, the alcohol “evaporates”.. you won’t get drunk when you eat this dish. Don’t get any evil ideas! Invite girls over your place then you cook this dish to intoxicate her. It doesn’t work this way
Here are the ingredients you need:
- Chicken Breast
- Butter
- Mushrooms
- Chicken broth
- Marsala wine
- Salt and Pepper
- Oregano leaves
- Flour
Because I am a lousy teacher, I am lazy to write details of amount of measures you’ll need. Use your feel la hahhahaha.
Okay let’s start shall we?
Cut chicken breast into fillets, season it with salt and pepper. Saute the chicken breast in low fire for 5 minutes. Use butter instead of cooking oil. Flip to other side and saute another 3 minutes.
