Friends call me “King of Chicken Wing” for a good reason. I make normal chicken wings become super delicious chicken wings. Any woman ate my chicken wings, confirm become my woman.
Two days ago, I bought 7kg of chicken wings due to popular demand. No, I am not talking about the chicken wings, I am talking about myself 
Today I am feeling generous. I decided to share my recipe with readers. Remember, this is one very geng chao recipe. If you wanted to be famous. You have to feed them The Chicken Wing™.
You will need:
- Sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- Fish sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Mince garlic
- Ginger paste (optional)
And that’s it! Very easy right?
7 kgs of chicken wings were dissected, prepare to marinate.
Hint#1: Dissect the wings to make it easier to fry, and makes the portion looks more too!
For best result, marinate it overnight in a refrigerator. Take out chicken wings to room temperature 30 minutes before frying. I sound so pro here hahaha. I’ve my research online mahh… I am serious about these shit, yo!
You can cook the chicken wings however you want. Either oven, saute or deep fry. I prefer deep fry cause it’s much simpler. Boiling and microwaving the chicken wings are not advisable though. If that thought ever cross your mind, I bet you never step into kitchen 
.
If you choose to deep fry, you’ll need these:
- 1/3 plain flour
- 1/3 corn flour
- 1/3 rice flour
Mix these flour together and lightly cover the wings. Deep fry it under 180 degree of hot oil. Approx 6-9 mins.

July is coming, which implies we still have half year left in 2009. Are you still on track with your resolution? What have you archieved so far?
Personally, I have been very active in internet. University asides, I’ve been spending most of my time in front computer. Social life is out of the equation, though. I skipped night life, I skipped sports, I stay home… and learn the “internet”. I found something I’ve been looking – I found a goal (not sharing in blog ) I am so excited with my plans ahead.
Well, six months has past by, and it’s about time to quit hibernation and return to a normal person. I can apply the word 宅男 on myself, proudly. Limbeh 修炼完毕，可以下山了.
If you invite me to party, sports or some sort of activity. It will be unlikely for me to turn down unless I am busy. Invite me for beer session, I’ll be there.
Jimmy invited me to a lunch session with his new friend from Hong Kong, last Saturday.
“Hi, do you want to go lunch with me? I have a new friend from Hong Kong, leng lui” that’s what he said la.”Ui, come backup me eh lin si. I cannot tahan 1v1 with girl oh” that’s what I think he implies. Hahahaha. I asked him “you need backup issit? just say mah. I become your wing-man”. He say “yayaya”.
I called Khai and see he wanna join or not. He has been lonely at home.
Unfortunately, we did not take photo with that Hong Kong girl. Damn!! How can we all forget!? DAMN DAMN DAMN. This is my biggest failure since 2002.
After lunch, we hang out in arcade awhile. Pay money to play basketball and bowling. Ridiculous. lol. I kinda miss bowling 
We went movie as well, watched Terminator 4. This is my first time stepping into cinema since beginning of 2009. Told ya I was in hibernation mode 
On our way back, we saw leng lui driving Skyline R33. Puk!! I want her!!

Jimmy and I went to lunch the other day. All of sudden we saw a big Pac Man in the middle of street. We chase up and took a photo. The ang moh is cute right? Her name is Jessica and she is 18 years old.
We asked her why she wear like that, she said “I knew someone gonna take photo with me. I’ve been expecting you, Bing”
Unfortunately, it’s not true. We just randomly saw her and requested to take photo.
I wanted to say “hey, you got balls!” 
She’s really cute right? Awww.

Shannon is back!
Back is not exactly the word I wanted to use. The fact is, Shannon doesn’t study nor work at Australia. But he loves coming back for his 马子 (fohzai, aka girlfriend) He is staying back for six weeks this time. Wohoo! its cool to have him around! Definitely will see him frequently on ahbing.com in upcoming weeks. Semester break is about to start too
We went 7-8 restaurant for dinner again. Duh I don’t even want to talk about this restaurant anymore cause I’ve mentioned it so many times at ahbing.com. Type “7-8″ in the search box on top right and you will get heaps of results.
It feels great to hang out with high school friends, especially we are from same batch. We don’t have to speak English, and freely talk in our own KK slang “不要酱吧，屌你”. Sounds familiar to you? 
I feel a bit lonely around that table, cause everyone seems to attend with other-half. Jennifer with her boyfriend from Taiwan (only this guy is not from KK 
)

After the dinner, we went to Jamie’s house and played Guitar Hero. I am not bad you know, surprisingly! In fact, this is my first attempt on drums hehe. I can play drums! Old saying: “People who are great at drums are great.. ”
I am a good example. Nyiahahaha 
Jimmy with his killer pose. Amazingly this guy is still single, he is such a talented guy and has a killer smile too. We are both singles. Ohhhh this world is so cruel.
