Kitchen

Friends call me “King of Chicken Wing” for a good reason. I make normal chicken wings become super delicious chicken wings. Any woman ate my chicken wings, confirm become my woman.

Two days ago, I bought 7kg of chicken wings due to popular demand. No, I am not talking about the chicken wings, I am talking about myself 8-)

Today I am feeling generous. I decided to share my recipe with readers. Remember, this is one very geng chao recipe. If you wanted to be famous. You have to feed them The Chicken Wing™.

You will need:

  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Fish sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Mince garlic
  • Ginger paste (optional)

And that’s it! Very easy right?

7 kgs of chicken wings were dissected, prepare to marinate.

Hint#1: Dissect the wings to make it easier to fry, and makes the portion looks more too!

For best result, marinate it overnight in a refrigerator. Take out chicken wings to room temperature 30 minutes before frying. I sound so pro here hahaha. I’ve my research online mahh… I am serious about these shit, yo!

You can cook the chicken wings however you want. Either oven, saute or deep fry. I prefer deep fry cause it’s much simpler. Boiling and microwaving the chicken wings are not advisable though. If that thought ever cross your mind, I bet you never step into kitchen  .

If you choose to deep fry, you’ll need these:

  • 1/3 plain flour
  • 1/3 corn flour
  • 1/3 rice flour

Mix these flour together and lightly cover the wings. Deep fry it under 180 degree of hot oil. Approx 6-9 mins.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it taste if you decided to try this at home :)

pizzacapers

We were so sick of ordering Domino Pizza. Well, sort off lah. But we still order it whenever we run out of food at home, and too lazy to get our ass to supermarket. You know lah, winter period ma   Feels best to be at home. During summer, “Aiya too hot outside, stay at home lah” Yikes 8-O

The other day, we decided to buy ourselves pizza from Pizza Capers. Pizza Capers are slightly expensive from Domino Pizza. How slight is the difference? Well, you can buy three Domino Pizza for the price of single pizza from Pizza Capers.

RM56 for a slice of pizza. Amen. I have to eat paper for the rest of the week. Hehe.

Lambada Pizza

What’s so special about Pizza Capers? Why are they so expensive? Well, Pizza Capers are not really that expensive to be honest. Only that Domino pizza are dirt cheap :P Two pizzas are from different “league”, cannot compare one. Pizza Capers are much better than Dominos in terms of ingredients, freshness, deliciousness. And they are Gourmet Pizza Cafe. You get what you pay.

Marinara Pizza

We get good words of mouth review from friends around. We always wanted to try it but it’s way too expensive. Now we’ve actually try it. To be honest, I love it! But I don’t see myself buying Pizza Capers in coming future due to it’s pricing. For a student who doesn’t has income like me, supporting Pizza Capers means speeding my way back to Malaysia

Thinking of saving money, I bought one piece of the pizza and decided to split it into two meals.

This is what happens when you try to reheat the pizza under 270 degree oven. Diu :-P
