- 1500ml water
- A1 bak kut teh (cheating I know)
- dark soy sauce; light soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- garlic
- onion
- oyster sauce

Today, ahbing teach you how to cook Marsala Chicken.
Marsala is a dark sweet dessert wine made in Sicily. Contains 13% alcohol if not mistaken. But when you cook, the alcohol “evaporates”.. you won’t get drunk when you eat this dish. Don’t get any evil ideas! Invite girls over your place then you cook this dish to intoxicate her. It doesn’t work this way
Here are the ingredients you need:
- Chicken Breast
- Butter
- Mushrooms
- Chicken broth
- Marsala wine
- Salt and Pepper
- Oregano leaves
- Flour
Because I am a lousy teacher, I am lazy to write details of amount of measures you’ll need. Use your feel la hahhahaha.
Okay let’s start shall we?
Cut chicken breast into fillets, season it with salt and pepper. Saute the chicken breast in low fire for 5 minutes. Use butter instead of cooking oil. Flip to other side and saute another 3 minutes.

This was our first attempt on making dumplings. I’ve anticipated for the dumplings few weeks already because it was 10 years ago since I had my last dumplings. Annie was kind enough to make dumpling for us before head to Klub Kandy (famous dance party @ Brisbane). It was her first attempt though, it taste a lot better than I expected. I was not doing anything though. I am too lazy la. See the photo also know la. Have to save energy to dance that night bah.. haha.

That night we had four dishes for our dinner. Fried dumpling, boiled dumpling, chicken dumpling and vegetable dumpling. Yah, we had pure dumpling meal. My bullshit level has improved again. Haha.

I actually prepared roasted chicken that night
geng ciao leh. Khai prepared chinese brocoli as well. Simple simple can enjoy a meal together jor. Let’s see how much we spent on that meal.
