Massy, those mushroom texture similar to meat. It’s even on a Japanese show. “Dotch Cooking Show”. This mushroom is very expensive in Japan, but dirt cheap in Aust >:D punya sedap
I love my lamb chops to be medium rare heheh. I love button mushrooms but never knew they are served with steaks - usually I’ll prefer to have broccoli and mashed potate instead… plus a bottomless fountain drink sheesh, I’m greedy!
