8 ahbing June 17, 2008 at 12:41 pm: Massy, those mushroom texture similar to meat. It’s even on a Japanese show. “Dotch Cooking Show”. This mushroom is very expensive in Japan, but dirt cheap in Aust >:D punya sedap
