Hero of the day: My deep fryer
This gadget (can I continue call it gadget? it sounds cooler.) has been on my to-buy list since 2 years ago. I did not buy it because it’s not really necessary. I do most of the cooking with little oil. If I recall corrected, I only fried food 3 times since I came oversea study.
No one will ever know deep-fryer is in my to-buy list. Unless you hung out with me at K-mart. I would stand in deep-fryer sections for few minutes, and stare blankly at these deep fryer, imagine all the possibilities I can cook with this fryer. Then “wahh.. syok nyaa…”
One of my wildest dream is to fry banana fritters while I am watching tv-dramas. My dream is half way there.
This monster is like 5800cc V12 dodge viper super car. Why? They consume oil like crazy.
One frying session - habis.
PROS:
1) invite friends over for “fry-day gathering”
2) I can eat my favourite fried tofu! ANYTIME!
3) Nuggets, meatballs, potato chips, french fries, fritters, fish and chips, you name it.
CONS:
1) Pukitai I hate cleaning this piece of shit.
