Golf With My Mates – Who is Tiger Woods?

Last week, I had a trip to golf driving range with my bunch of friends. Jerry bought a new golf set called Mizuno MX200. One 球杆棍 cost AUD$185. He own a whole bag of it.

I have been playing golf since 18 years old. Now 24, I am still not good at it. So far I never had the chance to go into real golf course because hard to see pretty girls it’s hot in golf course.

I’ve been at Australia for 5 years, never play golf since I came. Until two months ago, I started to go driving range with Chester and Jerry. The driving range is called Tee Time Golf Coaching and Practise Center, around 20 minutes drive from Brisbane CBD. Since that first day. the golf fever is back!

Mathematically, I’ve only played golf less than a year. So I am still a n00b -_- Let me show you some noobish swing. Chester emphasize this greatly, it became our motto -

“You don’t have to hit the ball hard. Looking pro matters the most, even if you missed the shot (最重要好看，打得好不好都没关系)”

I wonder how my swing will look like if the driver is customized according to my height. I reckon I can attract some attention.. hehehehehehe /fantasize again.

Besides playing WoW working on my websites. It’s one of the activity where I don’t need to be in front of screen, where I feel alive again. One thing even more syok, they call me “sifu” because I have the most experience there… hehehe. Balls also become big man..

Jerry and Chuan take turns to play iPhone while taking a break. Keep breaking each others record.

At one point, they get so frustated because they can’t hit the golf ball properly, and thought about “I can throw further than swinging the ball with golf stick (球杆棍).” We compete to see who threw furthest.

All of us went to the driving range together, but I did not put up their photos We went to a restaurant nearby called 绿茶屋 to have our dinner. We chose this place because it’s famous with pretty Taiwanese girls, huhuhuhuhuhu. Next entry – 绿茶屋 restaurant!
