Hanaichi and Woolworth at Indooroopilly

I have almost forgotten ahbing.com is a personal site. This site is made specially for recording down my daily happenings here at Brisbane. Sometimes I would skip blogging for a month. The reason being “Aiyah nothing to write la. Everyday is the same”. I want to change this mentality, I personally think that is excuses for being lazy. Any topic is good, as long as I keep it interesting. Everyday is different, in some point. I guess. And I started to bring camera everywhere I go. Even to buy groceries.

You see, I simply snap photos during the journey. I accidentally took this shot. Analysed it. Haha I found something interesting! You look at those gwai lou, wear like lalazai. I used to wear like that when I was young. Look back at photos, I giggle at my fashion sense. We grow up too fast without looking where we came from. Occasionally look back, bring back lots of fond memories. How much we grew :)

Our Sarikei dai kor, Chris. Always drives us to closest shopping mall to get groceries. Occasionally we settle our lunch there. This mall is called Indooroopilly (in-du-lu-pi-li in case you don’t know how to pronounce) shopping mall. One of the biggest mall around my residential area.

Hanaichi! This Japanese fast food is one of the reason why we always come to Indooroopilly Shopping Mall. Hanaichi’s food has filled my stomach for so many years, and I think I gain 50kg from their food after all these accumulating years. I could be paying their mortgages too. I wonder how long am I able to eat this food again (finishing study soon).

I took a quick shot of my all time favourite meal – Japanese Curry Chicken. I only love the curry chicken here, other “proper” Japanese curry doesn’t taste this good! Kalah far-far man. This is the shit! Good shit! It’s amazing how Hanaichi prepare their food. It’s WAY faster than fast food chains like McDonalds of KFC. Here’s how they prepare the food:

  1. Scoop rice
  2. Cut meat
  3. Add curry sauce
  4. Serve

This is my second choice, Chicken Hanaichi. Hanaichi’s newest meal on their menu. Occasional when I feel like skipping heavy meal, this would be my choice. Fried chicken with lots of garden salad and greens. Top up with self made salad dressing, with a little vinegar rice. The sour and salty taste blends well together. My saliva keep drooling while I write this post, shit. Luckily I am going to Hanaichi again in few hours time, hehe.

After our meal, we usually go supermarket to get groceries. Chris usually ask “eh what’s for dinner tonight”, during our lunch. He always mention the next meal before we even started the current meal. He got big appetitate that really amazes everyone. Don’t be surprise if you notice one of your pet gone missing when he is around. Eh, forgot to mention the photo above. Look at the size of the wings man! Turkey wings hao lin big arrrr. I want to deep fry these wings some day

Look at the drumstick! Whoa… like elephantiasis. I want to use this drumstick to hit Wilson’s face someday, when he tell lame jokes.

Chris said this chicken wing looks like his lanjiao. I don’t know why he is being so honest la aih… keep it to yourself bah. Hahahahah.

woolichi9

We found one funny looking salad dressing. Would you buy this?

Our weekly receipt. We usually share the groceries together, cause we eat our dinner together almost everyday. I wonder why Chris doesn’t want to move in and stay with us. My common room is huge….
