Before having my haircut
I had my previous haircut 2 months ago. That was the most dissatisfying haircut I had.
I paid AUD$40.00, hoping to have hair like Beckham or Brad Pitt.
Unfortunately.. the fact is, that 菜鸟 finished cutting my hair in less than 3 minutes.
THREE fucking minutes.
I swear to you, I am not even done reading a paragraph of the magazine. I am not visiting that Saloon anymore. (Hint: Sunnybank, Brisbane)
Having recovered from fiasco, I have huge expectation from the next hair cut. I asked around and many friends recommend me “Boom Hair Saloon”.
Boom Hair Saloon
The walking distance is around 20 minutes from Brunswick train station. It’s a Japanese saloon. Everyone in the saloon look like… Japanese -_-” Okay I’m talking gibberish.
I made appointment before my haircut, they were always full.. the last time I went there, they said:
“Sorry Daniel, the saloon is fully booked for whole week”
(wtf, that’s ridiculous.. whole week? are you really that good?) my heart thinks.
I made appointment at 5pm anyhoo (next-next week).
When I reached there, the hair stylist was still busying with another customer. So the shop assistant gave me glass of water, wet my hair, a little massage, see lots of Japaneses chicks (in magazine). And the best part is.. that Japanese hot chick wash my hair!!!
My balls grew <————–> this big
You guys had Jap chick washed your hair before ma? I bet you don’t… *ngek ngek ngek*
45 minutes later, the stylist came over and apologised. I told him what type of hair style I want to have. His name is Hiro (pronounce: Hero), and he listened to what I want exactly. And added some personal opinion on the result based on his personal experience. Hiro also told me how he is going to cut it, and how to maintain the hairstyle.
We conduct the whole conversation in Japanese.
Nah.. I can’t speak Japanese for shit. Hiro speaks fluent English. Hehe.
30 minutes later
This is my new hairstyle. I love it.
And this was the hairstyle that I had in mind. He understands what exactly I want. But mine looks way better HEHEHE
How to contact Boom Hair Saloon?

Enjoy your haircut! You will definitely love it.

Thanks for the write up! I have been going to asian hairdressers since my beloved Kristen left AKA Togninis to set up shop at Sunshine Coast. My last 3 haircuts were in E&A Salon in Melbourne, over the last 2 years, great success!
But I am not travelling to Melbourne for a haircut! So I’ll check out Boom.
And yes, japanese girls washing your hair = the real reason I happily pay 35~70$ for a haircut. It’s very erotic
Haha, you are so cute !
I came from Google, searched “BOOM”,
and, here you are.
Thanks for the name card, I’ll make an appointment tmr
