Figure 1: Ramlee Burger

Summer is coming soon. Have you got what it takes to take off your shirt and show your abs-of-steel to chicks? (or show nen nen to guys if you’re female hahahaha sorry can’t help it *kof kof*).

Did you start your exercise regime and change your bad eating habit? Do you know, by eating well and eating right, you will become fit like [insert name] sooner than you thought! Today, ahbing.com proudly teach you how to eat right, burn fat fast.

Figure 2: Ingredients for burger

The ingredients are easy to find one la, no need teach. If you ask me where to get this get that, I slap you oh. Then call your mum to slap you some more.

(1) Bread
(2) Butter
(3) Cheese
(4) Spinach leaves
(5) Kikkoman soy sauce
(6) Garlic
(7) Chicken filllets, skin and fat removed

This is burger, put anything you want la. As long as you can use the bread to only the ingredients in middle :P Use your creativity.

Next, I’ll show you the steps to make a perfect Ramlee burger – AUSSIE STYLE.

Figure 3: Bread

Potong the bread into half. Don’t senka-liak go cut the bread into heart-shaped or into kuih lapis. Bread thin layer of butter onto each slide of the bread. Preferbly soft spread olive butter. Don’t spread too thick, don’t forget this is part of your diet plan.

Next, heat up the frying pan and lightly sauté it until the butter become slight toasted. Your bread should be warm and puffy now.

Figure 4: Meat

Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate it with soy sauce, garlic (and a bit ginger and lime juice if got. MORE POWER to taste). You could marinate the meat in whole piece but it’s gonna take awhile to fully cook the meat. Very mafan. Remember, you need more time in doing exercise than waiting for a piece of meat to cook at kitchen!

Figure 5: Cheese

Cut the cheese into slices, and put it on top of the meat. Put into microwaves for 60-90secs over 800W. As long as it melts then it’s okay. Remember to use mozarella cheese! Don’t use cheddar or swiss. It’ll taste like dabian.

Cheese is healthy. It contains fat and calcium that will strengthen our bones. It doesn’t work like Viagra but yea you get what I mean. Just don’t consume 1kg of cheese a week then you’ll be alright.

Figure 6: The masterpiece

Stack the ingredients together like you play lego. Remember to wash the spinach leave before you consume! And notice the bread.. that’s how you sauté like a pro man. Hahaha.

Leave comment below and tell me what you think of my Ramlee Burger!! Probably I should get a better name.. hahahah aiya don’t care lah.

Get one at the burger stall for RM 2-3. You don’t have to do this.
