I took this photo today morning, saw this 50-ish uncle opened door and throw a paper out (not tissue). This is sad.
To make it even worse, he threw it in front of the huge campaign banner, which also raised the question of effectiveness of this campaign.

I usually throw my rubbish on carpet, when I reach home -> open door -> a bin beside my car. Kasih buang! ;)
