What is the first thing that pops up in your mind after reading the sentence above?
Mine is – sex.
I know most of you are thinking the same too.
This sentence can be applied into different context, but “sex” is the first one that pops in my mind. I am 25 years old and having A.d.i.d.a.s. symptom. (All Day I Dream About Sex). Roar. Don’t get close to me if you’re hot.
I don’t know what I need to write for this post, I felt obligated to write. No matter how lousy my content is. Let’s see what I can come up with
This is the final posts of Flanegan’s Brisbane visit. You can look at previous posts here, here, here and here.
We pick up Chris at his new accommodation, which is undergoing a huge make-over at front yard. Something caught our attention, the innovative landlord builds his own mailbox with polyester, a few bricks and a paper box. (that red sport car is 300HP, belongs to Chris)
“Let’s go makan makan first. Bring Flanegan to China town la… let him compare Melbourne and Brisbane’s China town” we said.
“Maybe we can let him try the BEST char siew noodle around..”
“..and let him laugh at Brisbane a bit..” we added.

Brisbane’s story bridge. One of the most iconic landmark of Brisbane. You’ll probably see this bridge imprinted in most of Brisbane’s souvenirs and advertisements.
Anyone know where did the name come from? I mean, seriously.. why “story” ? I personally think that Kurilpa has better name. I reckon they could use a better name such as “Ku-lampa bridge” though.

I noticed the road is almost 40 degree slope at China town. Never pay attention to these details.

This is Brisbane BEST chaw siew noodle, which cost almost AUD$13 per plate. Convert to ringgit Malaysia.. RM50. Consider twice (and few more times) before sending your kids for oversea studies. My dad cries almost every night.
I found the flies are twice as large in this restaurant. The flies probably are very well taken care of. I don’t know. Hopefully that’s not the case.
When I see the flies at Malaysia, I feel pity for ‘em. Size really matters.
We went to watch Sherlock Holmes at nearby cinema..
“Flanegan, I book whole cinema for you ok?”
“Ok”

The bridge was named after the Scotsman John Douglas Story.
John was a public servant and worked with William Forgan Smith who was Queensland Premier when work on the bridge began in 1935.
Apparently John Story was a strong advocate for the bridge.
