Shannon invited me to have a glass of beer at a local German pub.

“A glass of beer? why only limit to one? I am with 卍解 (bankai – all out) mode” I replied.

“SGD$30 a glass wor…”

“WTF?”

“Trust me. You will enjoy the beer… One liter per glass. We drink like the Germans. Hell yeah”

Suddenly, we are at Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant.

We invited Wilson to join us too, knowing he can’t drink much. We can tipu another half glass from him, hahahhaha.

Wilson is born with alcohol intolerant (a gentle way to say his drinking sucks). He gets itchiness every time he consumes alcohol, and pass out.

Most people express these situation as gai tiu.

This is how real men drink beer.

I am a beer lover. I get into Euroka moments when I consume the first few gulps – especially fucking cold ones. The experience is always different.

Don’t talk to me when I close my eyes. I am enjoying every. single. moment.

First burp is always the best. Hehe.

One liter beer… it’s not enough. Damn. I want to swim in a pool of cold beer.

One of my impossible dream is to drink finish Sabah’s beer supply.

We ordered a deep fried cheese. Shannon recommends “this is da shit, yo!’

I didn’t know cheese tastes so good when kena deep fried. Mix it with blueberry sauce? Takes your taste bud to another level.

The cheese melt gao gao inside. Texture is similar to thick cream, except it’s a real cheese. Suck out the cheese while it’s hot.

Then consume the crunchy outer layer as a whole. Hmmmmmmmmmm…..

However, Shannon says that we will return to this German pub again some other day to enjoy the other food that this bar yet to offer.

We went to McDonald for supper for a quick fix. I ordered a burger (which later become the most consumed meal during my Singapore journey) Double McSpicy Chicken burger. It’s spicy, and freaking addictive. I guarantee you will sweat gao gao when you sit at toilet bowl next day.

Damn. I want to name my first son after this burger. The name is too canggih!

Having a glass of beer, naturally my appetite also increased. I opt for up-size meal. This is how at real men consume.

Wilson is usually the annoying one. Not Shannon ^^;

Anyway, enjoy the rest of your days la k! I am heading back too Kota Kinabalu today, arriving at evening.
