Update – my food intake

I haven’t had breakfast like these for long time.

For your information, I have been doing lots of sports and a habit of eating more fresh fruits and vegetables for past few months. Not depending my life on Indo Mee and Shim Ramen anymore. On top of that, I’ve already lost my supper habit.. hope I can maintain this lifestyle, and improve from it.

Oh, and no more binge drinking :)

I’ll show you what I’ve achieved in these few months in next few post. Need time to compile the photos.

ya. started from end of June :)

Wow Massy, during this period I actually lost 15kg in 2 months time ^^;
