I received a letter from ESA (Entertainment Software Association).
A warning letter for downloading pirated PC games. *gasp*
This is my first time downloading pirated games. I usually support original, they usually sell RM10-RM15 in lowyat plaza. Sometimes I can get it for RM8, depends on the market situation.
Unfortunately, they don’t sell PC games in Australia. I have no choice, but to download via online. The only source I can find is from torrent sites. *cough mininova cough*
Explore mountain too many times, will met tiger someday
My English proverb very geng chao right? Anyway. I was caught (literally) for downloading pc games online. Oh damn, if my dad knows this, I am going to be fucked. Not because of the penalties I need to pay, but rather the other reason
“You’re not studying at Australia haa!? Why got time play games!!”
Fortunately, I was only given a warning. No legal actions are taken (yet). I am still downloading pirated animes, dramas, music albums, but removed all the games. Bye bye Rainbow Six. Bye bye Assassin Creed. Bye bye Bioshock. Bye bye Frontline: Fuels of War.
I promise I will buy original from now onwards. *only applicable to Starcraft 2*
Does anyone of you has the same experience? Is TMnut taking any actions?
